Proof of Concept Fund: DECoRuM
Research fellow Dr Rajat Gupta, of Oxford Brookes University, used Proof of Concept funding to develop a unique computer mapping system that can pinpoint the amount of carbon dioxide given off by individual buildings.

Proof of Concept Funding for Path Intelligence
Path Intelligence has developed a new, patent-pending technology that is able to locate mobile phones whilst indoors to an accuracy of around one metre. The technology is a step change over existing location services, which often fail indoors and which cannot obtain such a degree of accuracy with most mobile phones. In the process of completing its prototype, the company needed expert assistance.
